Arabic Pad 1.4 Terbaru , Cara mudah menulis arabic

Menulis Arab di windows non arabic kadang merepotkan, terutama yang belum terbiasa dengan susunan keyboard Arab. Arabic Pad, salah satu program gratis yang pernah saya buat kini kembali dirilis versi baru, setelah hampir 4 tahun terhenti pengembangannya.

Arabic Pad 1.4 kini hadir dengan beberapa perbaikan yang muncul setelah penggunaan Windows Vista dan Windows 7.

Permasalahan penulisan huruf arab di Arabic Pad sepertinya muncul karena perubahan atau perkembangan standard Unicode yang digunakan.

Saat ini huruf Arab Unicode sudah masuk pada versi 6.0, dan ketika itu windows XP awalnya baru mendukung Unicode 3.1. Perbedaan ini akan terlihat ketika menggunakan windows vista/7, misalnya penulisan harokat tanwin, yang akan memunculkan tanda/simbol yang kurang pas.

Bermula dari permasalahan tersebut, alhamdulillah saya bisa kembali mengupdate software kecil ini, sehigga berharap software ini lebih akurat dan membantu penulisan huruf arab dan tentu bermanfaat bagi pembuat dan pemakainya.

Beberapa perbaikan atau tambahan fitur Arabic Pad 1.4 adalah :

• Perbaikan kesalahan ketika mengedit tulisan arab yang mengkombinasikan delete, geser kursor dan sebagainya dengan penulisan harokat tanwin
• Perbaikan penulisan harokat fathah, dhommah dan kasrah tanwin
• Perbaikan double paste ketika menggunakan shortcut Ctrl+V
• Perbaikan susunan untuk huruf alif + mad atas
• Tambahan harokat baru: Dhommah terbalik (uu) dan alif di bawah
• Perubahan format file bantuan menjadi html

Coba ikuti langkah Setting Arabic berikut :

Pilih Regional and Language Options

Pilih tab Languages

Beri cek opsi “Install files for complex script and right-to-left ” kemudian klik Apply.

Masukkan CD Windows XP jika diminta dan pastikan lokasinya sudah benar.

Ikuti langkah yang di tuntunkan sampai komputer meminta untuk restart, maka  Restartlah.
